Self-motivated, independent, and organized

Currently in the mortgage industry or eager to learn

Confident in client communication via phone and email

Quick to learn and adapt to new software

Determined and energetic to thrive in a 100% commission-based role

ABLE/WILLING to find your own leads to earn your commissions (100% commissions)

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Mortgage License or willing to complete the course within the first month
Must have sales experience
Previous experience in real estate, mortgage or financial industry is preferred.
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Assets

Experience in the mortgage industry or banking industry
Proficiency in French (Written and Verbal)
Current licensed as a Mortgage Agent
Valid driver’s licence and access to personal transportation

This position is 100% remote. You must have access to a reliable personal computer, internet connection, a cell phone, and a home office setup.
